Blonde haired lady in glasses smoking a cigarette in left hand holding mobile phone in right hand driving the car behind me 0755hrs 19th Oct 2010 joining the M3 basingstoke: driving without holding the steering wheel, left hand out the window with a fag and right hand using the phone. She was shouting or talking very loudly into the phone. Very dangerous ignorant female with no indication - as not enough hands - and oblivious to where she was driving. I wish the police were there to catch her. Beware and keep your distance.

Dark haired man didn't notice he was on a roundabout until I nearly went straight into him. He came straight out of the junction to go across the roundabout and did not even look to check traffic on his right hand side (that would be me then!) until he was halfway across the roundabout. He had the mobile phone held at mid-steering wheel height and his window down, so I could clearly see him using it to either text or go on the internet. Complete foolishness.

The driver cut up several people and was using phone. When I blew my horn he burst into a rage and chased me. On a side road(by a school!) he overtook me and blocked the road he told me to get out of my vehicle and sort it out. I didn't but I did hide my belongings from view as he charged towards me. He leaned inside my van and took the keys from the ignition. After much shouting he then threw my keys and got back in his van.

A grey company Van with "Peter Sutton and Sons" Electrical engineers ltd van passed me last week on st thomas's road in luton. The man was using his mobile for well over 10 mins. It was rush hour traffic as the kids were coming out of school. I took picture, tried to phone the company who never replied to my 3 voicemails!

Going down the A19 from the A1 the woman drifted into my lane forcing me to brake then indicated back to the inside lane.
She had her phone wedged between her ear and shoulder and then continued to drive for about 10 miles. She was drifting in and out of lanes a lot and was a bloody menace.

This young woman was chatting away on here phone whilst following me for about 15 minutes right through the centre of Tunbridge Wells without a care in the world. She seems to think that holding the phone in front of her instead of up against her ear is OK. At one point I thought she was going to go into the back of me due to her lack of concentration.

Driving at slow speed doesn't mean you can use the phone. This driver was in the outside lane always looking down and whenever he looked up he realised that the traffic had moved 3 to 5 car lengths (other drivers then cut in) I moved to the middle lane and confirmed he was using his Blackberry to txt. This went on for 30 minutes. Driving without due care and attention

Driver in lane next to me was too busy using his phone, swerved off motorway on to slip road lane I was in without checking if there was any vehicles there. I had to swerve on to the hard shoulder to get out of his way, beeped my horn and flashed lights, he was completely oblivious to anyone else around him. Instead of apologising for running me off the road, he gives me the finger and tells me to f'off. Nice chap!

At 8.15am on the 2nd Aug, the van was driving atapprox 50 mph on the M27 westbound between Fareham and Segensworth. Using he right hand was holding a mobile phone to his left ear and driving with his left hand. When he came off of the phone increased his speed up to 70mph and then came off of the motorway at Junction 9 (Segensworth).

As well as using his mobile phone on the motorway (M6,BETWEEN JUNCTION 9 AND 10A), this fine gentleman (haha!) was weaving in and out of traffic. When the traffic slowed down I happened to pull up next to him, without any road rage I shot a look at him that would have brought a plane down! THEN at HIGH SPEED tried taking photo's of me with his phone!

Appeared behind me like a bat out of hell (I was driving at 60mph on an A road), shot past and as he pulled alongside I saw he was also on the phone! He shot off into the distance. Bear in mind, it was about 6pm on an October evening, the sun was low and we were driving directly into it, so visibility was poor. He hit traffic further ahead and proceeded to weave in and out at speed before he disappeared.

At the traffic lights in Whitby waiting to turn right heading over bridge towards Scarborough, a silver/grey range rover sped up behind me and screeched to a halt. I looked in mirror to say a white male (early 30s) driving the vehicle and talking on his mobile phone. He continued to talk on the phone whilst following me over the bridge. As I came off the bridge, which has a 40mph speed limit, into the 30mph zone, I slowed down to 30. The range rover clearly didnt slow down and almost went into the back of me (he was driving so close that I coulnt see his number plate at this point). He swerved around me and overtook me, continuing up helredale road at a speed in excess of the 30mph I was travelling at. I tried to report this to the police but they told me it has to be witnessed by a police officer. I told them this is ridiculous as they could check the time he had been on the road and check this against the times of the calls logged on his mobile phone, not difficult. The police told me that they 'wouldnt go into it that far'. Basically, they have all the evidence they need but they arent willing to look at it. The police in this country are an absolute joke.
