After following him at 30mph along the A27 (a 60 mph limit), I discover that he is about 80 years old and has got a breathing mask on!!! Goodness only knows if he had an oxygen bottle in the back of the car feeding him..... I have said it many times before...watch out for Micra drivers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seen at 10:00pm on 09-Mar-2011 on A49 Leominster/Hereford Herefordshire
Some doper in a Ka (typical Ka driver) travelling towards Hereford from Leominster A49 at a snailspace, around 20mph at the most even tractors can go abit faster than that in 60/50mph limits of course with a mile long tailback
Perfect weather, clear visiblity, traffic was relatively light/medium a mostly flat and straightish road so perfectly safe and legal to travel upto 55-60mph in the best of conditions which it was
and along with that the driver kept braking randomly every so often even down to 5-10mph for no reason whatsoever forcing a continuous chain reaction of braking for the very long line of cars behind he/she was holding up, also kept drifting on the wrong side almost into oncoming traffic then at the Holmer Road R'Bout approaching Hereford was in the RH only lane but decided to cut back onto the A49 at the last second forcing me and others to slam on our brakes then continued (although now in a 30 limit approaching Hereford City Centre) at less than 10mph till I managed to get by safely.
Basically an absolute dope who must have been either blind drunk or drugged, some other form of unfitness or never driven a car before? Unlicensed?
I have nothing wrong and give full respect for people who are just learning how to drive (learners)if people are just sticking to the limits to avoid being fined (even if I feel the limits are inappropriately slow on the best of conditions) and if they're driving safely and accordingly to the conditons (which I do too) including where the limit may be too fast and inappropriate for the road conditions all of which I have no problem with even if I preferred to go any faster myself but going proper dead slow like this without any good cause whatsoever just takes the mickey and it can more often than not be just as dangerous as someone going like an absolute loonitic (which does annoy me just as much) and people like this should trade their license for a bus pass

Initially it was difficult to identify the gender of the driver - very slender fingers, heavy mascara but large Adam's apple. Assumed lady boy.
He seemed upset when a bottom of the range Mercedes and a 20 year old clapped out BMW overtook him and suddenly realised why everyone smirked and rolled there eyes when they saw him in his Focus ST, or ASBO as he proudly referred to it. Yes he realised he drives an underpowered chav mobile and looks like a complete twat but thinks it is a sports car (a Focus!!!).
He then realised that the other thing that made him feel tough - banging his one up from a Nova horn at horses - was also the type of act committed by mindless chavs.
I am a 90 year old quadriplegic farmer and when I caught him trying to bugger a horse I easily overpowered him and left him with a broken jaw and needing several stitches. This should keep him under control for a few more years before he upgrades to a Skoda Octavia RS.

I was driving along the A3, Moira Road and after about a mile from Nutt's Corner roundabout, A vehicle emerges from the hard shoulder. The driver of this car then proceeded to drive at a ridiculous 35mph on the Moira Road towards Lisburn. Meanwhile, there was a lot of traffic queueing behind this idiot. I was immediately behind him and on one occasion,I saw him brake before climbing a hill. I attempted to overtake the slow driver but had to abandon the attempt due to oncoming traffic. I evetually reached a stretch of the A3 where there is a crawler lane on a hill. In my rear view mirror I saw not one but two vehicles overtaking me. I had to drop back slightly to allow them in. That cut down my stopping distance.I don't really blame the two drivers for their overtaking but the blame lies with the cretin in the Honda who thought it was perfectly alright to dawdle along at 35mph. I concede there's a time and a place for all this " It's a speed limit, not a target" and "Speed kills" But not when an stupid, slow driver can't or won't recognise the fact that it was an NSL, meaning 60mph! If there had been adverse weather conditions or an HGV and/or tractor in front,I might excuse his appalling, inconsiderate driving. I waited until I reached the junction of the Ballinderry Road and turned off there as I could take no more of that moronic, slow, inconsiderate driver.

I was behind a woman in a Daewoo Nubira slowing down to turn right into the household waste centre. On the approach she let a Kia Shuma out. As the Nubira turned out of my way I put the pedal to the metal to regain speed and keep to the national speed limit as a black London taxi was coming up behind me quite quickly. As I did the bloody Kia infront was only pottering along at 30 without a care in the world. I had to hit the brakes hard to decelerate from 60 to 30. It was only doing half the speed limit posted for the road and it was p*ssing off myself and the guy in the London taxi behind. She was driving far too slowly for the road and there was no way either myself or the cabbie could overtake. Even tractors do 35-40 in a national speed limit but they have an excuse to be slow but what excuses car drivers? Ok fair enough do 40 or 45 if you are nervous but 30!? I really cannot stand drivers that do this it drives me potty. They have an empty car, no caravan or trailer, they aren't driving a coach, they aren't driving an HGV and they sit there doing 30 on a perfectly good road that is posted for 60 in a five speed car that is built to cope with traffic speed. People like this should not be on the road if their speed and judgement is this impaired. If you cannot drive your car at the speed limit or near the speed limit then you should seriously think about surrendering your entitlement to drive.

This idiot decides he will not let me overtake him when I come up behind him doing 75mph towards the end of a section of dual carriageway. He then slows to 50 when the road goes to one and a spped camera is coming up. National speed limit sign is displayed before the camera. After the speed trap he increases his speed to 80. About a mile down the road he then comes to a stop with me 3 foot behind him. He gets out and starts mouthing off. I advise him of my views and he says he cannot afford to lose his licence as he has 9 points thats why he slowed to 50. He does not explain why he is being a total DICK!!! When he gets back in his car he drives off then slows down so I can overtake him. He now decides to intimidate me by driving too close to my car. He continues to follow me when I go round the roundabout 2 times.
This guy in his mid 40's obviously cannot afford the car to match the number plate and is obviously trying to make up for the small manhood he has.

This selfish little sod drove for over 10 miles at between 15 and 20mph without pulling in ONCE. He was pulling an overloaded slurry tank with 4 odd-sized tyres and had no rearlights or number plate, so I couldn't post it here.
No doubt he was also running on red diesel too, and of course, is MOT test-exempt.
He had a queue of around 40 vehicles behind him the entre way, and inevitably someone in the queue lost their rag and did a 5-car overtake on a blind bend, and almost had a head-on.
You need to spend a few pennies mate and buy yourself a lorry like everyone else!

Not only do you need to learn how to wire up your trailer properly mate, if you're going to drive at between 20-30mph for over 10 miles, you need to learn to pull in now and again, especially when someone (me) is flashing you to try and warn you about your sodding lights!
Then again he was/is a farmer, so he not only owns the road, there's probably a special dispensation, or grant available for him to do drive like this. It's probably 'part of his local Welsh cultural heritage', or something...

1.) Pull over where safe to do so
2.) Put your hazard indicators on
3.) Seek help from a recovery agent or the Police
Don't (as you kept repeatedly doing) slowing down to a stop and asking for assistance from strange men hanging around on the street corner. I appreciate it was late at night but traffic still needs to flow!
Not only did you cause a nuisance to other motorists with your constant crawling and stopping, you were also in the shady end of town. Once again i encounter someone unable to do above 45 mph on a 60 road when conditions are safe to do so. It was also getting dark and he had no lights on whatsoever.

This driver was ridiculous, down long windy roads through surrey, he drove at 25mph the whole way, in some parts where the road opened up and the speed limit changed to 60mph, he stayed at 25mph. it was impossible to overtaken because i couldn't see past his huge van and there was constant traffic coming the other way. In my mirror i could see a trail of about 13 cars behind me, all stuck behind this one extremely bad driver. When we finally got to a road about, he went the outside lane for the 4th exit, cutting up about 2 people.
