Van driver hogging outside lane on dual carriageway after overtaking slow moving vehicle, as I approached he slowed down then rammed his brakes on hard very nearly causing a serious accident as I was being tailgated at the time by a Mercedes. This is all too typical of the behaviour of other road users one has to put up with when you drive a BMW.

I too was tortured by one of these 'hard-nut' butch aggressive types driving a white van (owned by 'Adenstar Construction Group').
He tailgated me far too close at the 60MPH speed limit (so close I could not read the numberplate) -- and as soon as he overtook me (on a blind bend, with oncoming traffic, well in excess of the limit), he then proceeded to pull in my safety gap and tailgate the person that was originally in front of me whilst constantly weaving about across the white line in silly attempts to get past.
When he finally got on the A3, he then tailgated a third person only a few feet from their bumper at 70MPH.
Worryingly, he had at least 2 other passengers in the van too who must have been filling their underwear when they saw they were going to have a head-on collision! But in classic van-driver style, they only care about their own lives, and not those of anyone else..!

the van driver took offense at me moving into the outside lane in front of him, even though he was 50m back. He seemed to think it was "his" lane and proceeded to drive his van at my car. He would have rammed me if I hadn't swerved back into the inside lane. This was followed by the usual unpleasant hand gestures.

Tailgating along the A41 through a 60, 50, 40 then 30 zone. Flashing lights when I was driving exactly at the speed limit. Eventually over taking at a rough speed of 40 through a 30 zone. Narrowly missing central bollards and having to brake excessively for a bus pulling out onto the road.

DPD delivery driver van - two incidents in 20 mins as I cycled home.
First occasion going over Tower Bridge he sped past far too close (not pleasant as there are railings next to the pavement). Second time 15mins later on the A2206 I heard a van driving very close behind me, as there was a curve in the road I braked and the same van drove straight past me, cut the curve and would have hit me if I hadn't stopped.

Travelling along the A31 dual carriageway towards Ringwood when noticed the 'so called speed safety' camera partnership van parked very poorly on the central reservation, was literally at an awkward angle facing oncoming and parked slightly into lane 2 with just mm's to spare from the fast traffic in the outer lane going upto 70mph+(yes the lane of traffic that would generally be travelling the fastest)
Of course causing all sorts of carnage which makes you wonder why they are called safety camera vans thinking manoveres like this are less dangerous than someone doing 79mph+ on a motorway/dual 70mph limit road

Driver pulled out of a side road (right) onto North Road towards the City Centre - into the right hand lane of two, then tried to move into a gap in the left hand lane that only she couldn't see was half the size of her van, to turn left onto the Ringway. She then seemed to get annoyed that I wouldn't anchor on, wreck my tyres, and let her in! Needless to say, she got the horn...
And there I was thinking that white van MEN didn't concern themselves with other road users.

Was on the way home from work in Hayes and joined the A312 via the Pump Lane slip road. There was a Mini driver in front of me who was a bit slow joining the A312 but I stayed patient and waited until we both got on to the A312. There were no cars in the right hand lane so I proceeded to move over so I could overtake.
As I did so I saw a white van driver in my my rear view mirror speeding from the left hand lane over to the right hand right up my backside. I tapped the brakes to make him slow down but he continued to tailgate me and flash his lights. This was a 50mph zone at that point and I was at that limit. When I got the chance I moved over back into the left lane. But as he passed me he beeped his horn and moved his van dangerously close to my car before speeding off doing what looked like 60mph if not more. He probably had to slam the brakes to slow down further the A312 as there is a speed camera which is partially covered by bushes. Hope he got caught.

This driver was ridiculous, down long windy roads through surrey, he drove at 25mph the whole way, in some parts where the road opened up and the speed limit changed to 60mph, he stayed at 25mph. it was impossible to overtaken because i couldn't see past his huge van and there was constant traffic coming the other way. In my mirror i could see a trail of about 13 cars behind me, all stuck behind this one extremely bad driver. When we finally got to a road about, he went the outside lane for the 4th exit, cutting up about 2 people.

This maniac tailgated me at 60mph on the m6, then when I went to move out the way he undertook me in the middle lane. Then he just swerved at me nearly putting me into the central reservation after I slammed my brakes on. He then did simaliar to a car in front.this person is a danger to all other road users.this is the worst driving I have ever seen in the 17years I have been driving, I was lucky to be alive.

Driver was clearly over the limit. Driving from Crawley to Balcombe in West Sussex. He was veering from side to side and on several occasions was driving with two wheels on the grass verge with leaves and debris flying everywhere. I spent the time behind him terrified that he would crash into either an obstacle or an oncoming car. VVVVV dangerous.

The arsewipe who drove this van belonging to Bell Group tailgated me on the A59 (Swallow Hotel) down to the M6 (J31). Once I had the opportunity to pull in and let this psycho past he sped up to around about 90mph. He then cut up a yellow BMW that was attempting to change lanes as it approached the roundabout at the bootom of the road nearly taking its nose off. I saw him disappear into the distance on the M6(S) cutting people up as he went and ragging the van. What a complete tosspot, should be banned from driving!

PREMIER SECURITY - DON'T USE THEM!
I was crossing the road at the roundabout which links the A48 dual carriageway with Brocastle Avenue, on the outskirts of Bridgend. To reach the main road, I have first to cross the slip road that leads into the car park of the B&Q Bridgend store. I was half-way across when the driver of a white van, which had been in the inner lane of the roundabout, suddenly changed his mind. The van careered across the outer lane and the hatched markings and came towards me at high speed. I had to move out of the way very quickly. As I turned to remonstrate with the driver, a fat man in the short-sleeved white shirt and tie of a security guard, leaned out of the open window and shouted and laughed at me. The van had Premier Security on the side of it, but when I contacted the firm they denied all knowledge.

Travelling through Hereford along the Ring Road (A438 Blueschool/Newmarket Stret) heading south during rush hour. I was waiting at the lights at the widemarsh street crossroads, the lights changed to green so i started to proceed however from out of no where this white van man diced with death at speed from the opposite side (obviously with his light changed to red a long time ago) through to the town centre side of widemarsh street at a hell of a speed (possibly 40-50mph) narrowingly missed wiping me and another motorist out in the process had we not taken lightening speed reaction to screech on our brakes to avoid carnage which in turn also caused traffic behind us to do the same
It's drivers like that who really do not have brains for anything at all, let alone common sense and knowing how to drive a vehicle properly, safely and with courtesy for other peoples safety and convienence

"Anolis renewable energy" van overtook me downhill, 50m before a T junction, towards an oncoming car, then cut in and braked hard as he scraped down the hedge. This was an unlit road and I was cycling with all the lights/ reflectors to be seen. Had I not braked hard he'd have slammed me into the hedge.

Last week I had to swerve so as not to be hit by a man in a marked white van, which prompted me to beep as he hadn't indicated when coming into my lane, and we were literally side by side. He proceeded to wind his window down, flick me the bird, and at the next lights pulled into the lane beside me instead, to shout profanities out the driver side window. Fortunately I managed to lose him, but this morning I heard manic beeping coming along the road behind me, and lo and behold it was the same man, in a different van. He recognised my car and waved at me, before repeating the same behaviour as last week. I have to admit, I'm pretty shaken up by the fact that he now knows my route to work...

This clapped-out white van driver -- complete with tacky tattoos and a bad attitude to match -- was stuck behind another vehicle that was slowing down for traffic calming. He decided that instead of wait, he would overtake (well above the 30MPH limit) the car waiting at the traffic calming, as well as going past the traffic calming itself, right in front of a van coming the other way nearly having a head-on collision in excess of 60MPH.
You'd think that traffic calming was designed to calm traffic. But this idiotic van driver seems to think it's just there to slow you down, and you should ignore it regardless of danger to other drivers.
A car behind the offending idiot was yet another idiot driving a white van. They later were chatting (shouting -- yes really) to each other whilst driving at 80MPH along the A3 side-by-side and blocking up the fast lane.
Who knows how either of them got their licence, but this one was the crappest driver of the two. With any luck his licence won't last long, or he'll have an accident that doesn't involve another driver and that'll give him some sense.

Small brained driver of works van, finding he was heading for contra 3rd lane whilst alongside me, raced to cut in front of me in the middle lane and must have scared himself. On M4 westbound, near J10, foggy and raining.Inside lane is doing 60, I'm doing 70 in middle lane and so is car in front and behind me. White van man pulls into middle lane behind me without signalling then pulls into right hand lane without signalling, gets level with me and gesticulates, then pulls in front of me without signalling within centimetres of my car causing me to brake heavily. Then pulls out again and does about 90 but has to brake himself as traffic is right hand is doing 80. Lets not have a repreat of the recent M5 incident please.

Coming down a small road to get onto fast road, one lane to turn left one for a right turn. Myself and car in front both waiting to turn left, big white van pulls into right turn lane with left indicator, does not stop, goes fully into lane which oncoming traffic use to overtake myself and car in front, must have realised several cars coming towards him and nearly forces driver in front off road. Makes me so angry people have such disregard. If he HAD caused a crash it would have involved about ten cars and who knows how many adults and children. Makes me so angry!

Cutting up drivers, creating and driving down a "middle lane" between 2 (pretty much) static lines of traffic and then barging way into a lane. Erattic lane changing, giving no way to traffic in correct lanes and no signalling. When beeped following the middle lane and barging incident driver got out of car and started waving fist and shouting in a threatening manner.

Driving North on the A3 to the South of Tolworth, a Hihways Maintenance van with at least two people in zoomed up behind me to within a couple of feet. After a minute or so he flashed his lights and then veered into the overtaking lane then back behind me again then into the left hand lane and overtook me, all this at 70 miles an hour. As I drew clos to him he swerved out in front of me causing me to change lanes. Fortunately the right hand lane was clear. The passenger was doing obscene signs through the window. I had done nothing to warrant this treatment and wonder how morons like this even get a job let alone are allowed to drive a company vehicle. The harrassment only ended when he turn up the Tolworth exit.

While driving to work in the fast lane, keeping up with the traffic at 60mph, I was tailgated by a white van. It was so close to me that I couldn't see the headlights, never mind the number plate. I couldn't go any faster, nor could I pull into the slow lane, are there were cars in front and to the left of me. The driver in front of me kept braking, so I was extremely worried that there might be a serious accident should they brake suddenly. I tapped my brake lights, but he didn't back off. I flashed my hazards, but he didn't back off. I sounded my horn, but he still didn't back off. I repeated this process a couple of times, to no avail. However, a car on the inside lane exited the bypass at Dreghorn Jct. and Mr White Van Man undertook me at speed. I caught a glimpse of the driver, who was a young man in his late teens/very early twenties and who didn't spare me a glance. I took note of his number plate as he sped off into the distance.

0700, MOnday 222nd March on A50 into Leicester. Sorry didn't get the whole number, going too fast to see. It was a small berlingo type van. Youth driving it was wearing a woolly hat that came down over his ears. Very aggresive tailgating, forcing other vehicles out of the way, must have be travelling at 80mph+ on the 40 limit near Markfield. Ihope someone from TNT reads this. I wish I'd gotten the full number so I could have phoned the company direct.

This man swerved towards me nearly hitting me so that he could whizz ahead in a lane that was cut off by road works and get in front of the cars in the next lane. I passed him again as the lights ahead were on red and the next time he passed me he purposely swerved at me to try and knock me off, the lights up ahead were again on red so I pulled alongside him and asked what he was doing. He swore at me repeatedly, telling me to get in the f***ing cycle lane (there isn't one) and to get out of his f***ing way. This guy was clearly in a hurry and didn't have a care for anyone else. He then overtook me again, nearly clipping me with his wing mirror and again swerving in front of me.

As I parked near to the bank in a parking zone to my disabled mom off.I was waiting for my mom to come back when a white van approach wanting to pull in font of me. There was a car facing me wanting to pull out. So the car and van driver pause and the van driver realizes he cant pull in so drives off screeching his brakes taking the first right turn erratically right in front of a police car who did nothing. The car pulls out and there is a space in font of me. Next thing I notice is the van driver reappears and decides to pull in front of me. He then reverses back and keeps reversing until he is almost touching the bumper of my car. I thought he was going to reverse into me thats how close he was. Shocked at what I had seen and keeping my cool thought I better not get involved in anything as my priority was to get my mom home. The driver gets out and by looking at him could tell what type of person he was. He had a bald head and looked the typical aggressive type. He goes into firkins cake shop and returns. Thinking he might pull away he just stays there. Luckily the car behind me had pulled away and so could roll back to allow enough room to be able to pull out. As I drove passed I could see him sitting there eating his cakes. I hope that bald headed prick dies a bad painful death. If anyone knows this twit please let this website know.

This white van overtook us through a 40mph limit (Curbridge), probably doing over 70mph, driving like a lunatic.
We then caught up with him further down the road after he'd turned off towards Bampton, where he was driving very slowly (probably on phone!), so we overtook.
We then caught up with someone doing 45mph through the 60mph limit road, but as it's hilly and windy, couldn't overtake.
Then this ejit appears again, doing a ridiculous speed, and overtakes both of us on a blind bend!
I'm very thankful that nothing was coming the other way, as at that speed they would have been killed in a head on collision.
People who drive like that just don't deserve to have a driving license.
