Dear Sir/Madam,
On the morning of 11th August at about 9:30, a Highways Maintenance van – registration plate: YGIP E0P – undertook my car whilst speeding going Southbound on the M42. He then drove across 3 lanes of traffic to squeeze in front of my car (in the passing lane). When he drove in front of me, I was just about to overtake another car, so there was very little room between us and if I hadn’t braked, he would certainly have hit me. He then sped off and must have hit speeds of 85 or 90 miles per hour, whilst weaving and intimidating other drivers.

A grey company Van with "Peter Sutton and Sons" Electrical engineers ltd van passed me last week on st thomas's road in luton. The man was using his mobile for well over 10 mins. It was rush hour traffic as the kids were coming out of school. I took picture, tried to phone the company who never replied to my 3 voicemails!

Unmarked white van with three men in work clothes. I was on A3 in overtaking lane, taking over slower traffic, doing the speed limit. This guy drives right up my back end and it was obviously deliberate as they were all laughing. I flashed my hazards to tell him he was way too close but he only flashed his headlights in return and drove even closer. Terrifying as I had nowhere to go at the time and he was forcing me to speed up. Eventually managed to overtake slower traffic and pulled into inside lane. As he passed me, the inside passenger was making al sex' gestures at me - got a very dirty look in return I can tell you. I then saw him do the same to another car in front for quite a distance.

Worst aggressive driving I have ever seen! White van man so eaten up by envy that he had to ride the bumper of a brand new 60 reg car. Car was doing 40mph in a 40 limit, yet this thug in his White van was within a foot of his bumper at times.( I could judge the distance when we all went around a sweeping bend and I could see the gap - or lack of it!)
This thug needs locking up. I just hope Sussex police monitor this site and act.

Driver in lane next to me was too busy using his phone, swerved off motorway on to slip road lane I was in without checking if there was any vehicles there. I had to swerve on to the hard shoulder to get out of his way, beeped my horn and flashed lights, he was completely oblivious to anyone else around him. Instead of apologising for running me off the road, he gives me the finger and tells me to f'off. Nice chap!

Generally every Balfour Beatty van driver I have seen is usually driving far in excess of 80mph, too close, cutting people off, etc. You name it they do it.
I particular today I caught this van doing 120 mph in the outside, trying to push people out of the way. When he came up behind me I could not read his reg plate he was so close, until it was safe for me to move out of his way.

At 8.15am on the 2nd Aug, the van was driving atapprox 50 mph on the M27 westbound between Fareham and Segensworth. Using he right hand was holding a mobile phone to his left ear and driving with his left hand. When he came off of the phone increased his speed up to 70mph and then came off of the motorway at Junction 9 (Segensworth).

He came right up to my bumper, then overtook me and switched back into my lane without indicating and less than a car's length in front of me. He then proceeeded to slow down and when I tried to overtake, he speeded up. I finally managed to overtake him but he made some rude gestures and proceeded to chase me down the MI coming right up to my rear bumper and flashing his lights. When I moved over, he overtook me , moved into my lane and slowed down suddenly. All this took place at over 60 mph.

Idiot(male)driver overtook on double white lines and speeding. It's a 60mph limit and as it's a notoriously dangerous road (because of idiots like this driver) I keep to the speed limit. He was speeding too and came up very close behind my vehicle before overtaking me and roaring past. I don't care if he kills himself, but I resent him taking me or my 11 year old daughter with him. WANKER!!!!

Whilst in the outside lane of the M56 between junctions 6 and 7 overtaking another car at 70mph I saw a white van approaching fast from behind. The van ended up driving a few feet from my rear bumper. When I moved over after overtaking the car the van sped past me in the outside lane, pulled into my lane and slammed on, obviously he wasn't happy that I delayed him by 20 seconds. He then proceeded to undertake and overtake until the slip road for junction 7 where he similarly drove a few feet behind another car .

A driver in an Anglian Windows van sped up behind me on a 40mph road (I was going 30+ having just turned off my drive!) and beeped his horn. After a roundabout at the end of the road, he then drove very closely behind me, veering agressively as though trying to overtake. He did not let up on the small distance between himself and me, which was not only intimidating but also very dangerous. If this is how he drives, then I dread to think of his workmanship for fitting windows!!

I was on the A19 and saw this driver just indicating for milliseconds and going cross to the fast lane with very little space in between vehicles. He then did the same to me and just cut across nearly causing me to go into the back of him.

A(nother) van driver dangerously, agressively overtaking a cyclist (me) and not leaving enough room while doing so - even though there was plenty on the road. This one was driven by a Sainsbury's delivery man.
It is incredibly dangerous when vans or any large vehicle cuts up cyclists, who are far more vulnerable than other road users. Please please please exercise some patience.

Company van for 'REILLY'.
Coming off of Westbound junction 5 on the M27, this driver used the left-turn only left lane, then proceeded to cut in to the right whilst going round the roundabout. This manoeuvre was performed aggressively, erratically and with poor regard for others, causing traffic in the right lane to brake sharply.

I saw his lights go on as he nearly went into the side of a lorry joining the roundabout from the A52 West which no doubt didn't expect someone to cut in like that.

I was on M6 southbound approaching J2 which is my exit. I was in the right-hand lane needing to move over for the exit. I ensured there was enough space after the vehicle to my left and I indicated and moved over to the middle lane. However, the driver of the white van was suddenly right on my back which surprised me as there was enough space and I gave him enough warning of my move. Then immediately he moved to the left-hand lane next to me and as soon as he got in front of me he moved to the middle lane without indicating and squeezing into a very small gap. I moved to the left-hand lane and the van moved in front of me again immediately and again with no indicators. He then went on to brake and speed up alternately until we reached the exit and he went onto M69 while I continued towards Coventry. It really shook me and made me upset.

EJC Decorators Ltd of Highcliffe Dorset cut me up. I was on a bike in a vi viz jacket and he pulled in front of me as i was over taking him. He was parked up alongside the pavement and all other drivers were going round him.
I would report him to the police if i had his registration number. however not all bad as i see him most days so perhaps he might not so pleased if when he had a chain round the wheels.

I was driving to speed limit in line of traffic when aggressive driver kept sounding his horn from behind, he then overtook me and cut me up and launched an abusive rant through my open windows the worst language imaginable terrifying my 8 year old daughter. The incident has been reported to the police. I only wish I had the full van reg but he sped off down Bilton road to fast.

I was driving uphill at 30mph in a residential area with parked cars on either side. I saw the oncoming van's headlights and I instantly started seeing if I could pull in to let the van pass. The only place to pull in was a little further up so I intended to drive up and pull but the van just kept charging towards me at about 40mph so I had to accelerate into the space to pull in and then swerve back out again to avoid hitting a parked car in front.

the driver tried to overtake me but did not have the speed to do so. There was an oncoming car but this did not stop the driver. He forced me over and went between between me and the oncoming car. Although he was only was only doing about 60 he continuted to do about 60 when he reached the next 40 MPH speed limit.
I had my 6 year old daughter in the car so her life was put at risk as well as mine.

Idiot came right up to my bumper when I was slowing down for stationary traffic on M42. I saw he was reading a document on the steering wheel. I gave him the 2-fingers, and was slow to set off. he then proceeded to squeeze between the 2 lanes of queueing traffic to get in front of me and started to reverse! he Drove for a few yards stopped, and then started to reverse again as soon as I was close. He then hung on the bumper of the car in front. Nowhere to go - queueing traffic in both lanes. Complete nutter!

This Darroch Insulation Services grey van joined M8 westbound fron J1. I was already in the outside lane at about 60-65 mph. The vab joined the M8 driving fast and did not continue in the left lane but rather continued its diaginal path ending up right in front of me. It was a very close call and at one point parts of both vehicles were in the outer lane side by side! I had to break harshly to avoid certain collission.
