7th March 2012. Parked my X Type Jaguar away from other cars on the car park, and quite a way from the entrance, at the Poundstretcher store on Tyldesley Road, Atherton M46 9AT.
When we came out of the store a white van had parked up alongside about 8 to 12 inches away. There were at least a dozen other bays available. My partner could not get into the car until I had moved it forward.
I waited a while before leaving but the feckless, cowardly, driver didn't appear. I have some people from Little Hulton looking out for the van and if they see it they will have a word in the driver's ear.

This person drove along the A82 from Fort William to Onich at a constant 40mph holding up all the other traffic behind them. They passed plenty of parking places where they could have pulled over and let everyone else pass but they insisted on travelling at this ridiculous pace.

Travelling down Hermits Hill out of Burghfield Common, my wife and I were entering the 30mph zone from the 40mph zone.
In my rear-view mirror the first I saw of this Scenic was it nearly on three wheels rounding the last left-hand bend. It was clearly not being driven safely, well, and definitely not within the law.
Obviously this got my senses up - it's always worrying when you know a dangerous driver is behind you.
I actually saw this woman shake her head and mouth something profane about me as she came up behind - that's how close she was - and I'm in an estate car.
With alarm I noticed that there was a young girl, possibly a child but at least the drivers charge, in the passenger seat agreeing with the driver.
It's one thing to drive like that on your own but another if you have passengers let alone your own children.
On entering the 50mph zone towards the M4 bridge I accelerated as fast as my car can (325i) up to 50 which lost her for a while. By the time we had got to the M4 bridge itself she was right up my trumpet again - do the maths on how you make up a half mile gap to the car in front doing 50mph from 30.
The arrogance of the woman as she parked up behind us at the lights waiting to go over the bridge behind the Cunning Man meant that she was shaking her head, smiling and joking about me in front of her and her passenger was agreeing.
Good luck to them, they're going to need it. We can only hope they don't kill any innocent people at any point.

The driver cut up several people and was using phone. When I blew my horn he burst into a rage and chased me. On a side road(by a school!) he overtook me and blocked the road he told me to get out of my vehicle and sort it out. I didn't but I did hide my belongings from view as he charged towards me. He leaned inside my van and took the keys from the ignition. After much shouting he then threw my keys and got back in his van.

Cycling downhill, approx 20mph, driver overtook me on a blind right hand bend. I took 'primary position' to try to make it clear to him that there wasn't room to pass but still he did it. I did catch up with him at the next junction when he accused me of 'wobbling all over the road'. Absolutely not, I was in full control at all times but he was too stupid to see what he was doing was dangerous.
NB This was 01/01/2011 but form won't let me put 2011 in!!

I was waiting at lights to turn left into Westdale Lane. I stopped for the oncoming traffic. In that time the green filter arrow had come on. The young 'boy' in the Clio behind started to go crazy, papping his horn and sending hand signals. I proceeded to turn into Westdale Lane, where he drove right up behind me,very close to the rear of my car. I slowed down and he came on my right side, as if to overtake, and drove at the side of me. He then moved in front of me giving rude signals out of his window and in his mirror. As we drove along he slammed his brakes on waiting for me to crash into the back of him. I stoppped and sounded my horn. He refused to move and just sat there blocking the road. I couldn't drive round him as he was in between the pavement on the left and bollards on his right. I sat sounding my horn and he eventually drove off at speed down Westdale Lane, having passed the speed cameras and turned left without indicating into Bessecar Avenue. Ass, how did he ever pass his test. Why does this male specimen think he can intimidate women? Obviously insecure and has a hell of a lot of growing up to do!

In the space of 5 minutes the driver overtook around central bollards onto oncoming traffic endangering a cyclist, undercut at traffic lights in a single lane and went through a red light at a pedestrian crossing. He was going +40 or 50 in a 30 zone. Company vehicle had a lime green logo CLS which I thought was Cleaning ...Services but I cannot find them on the register to call and report them.

An old man in a tweed cap was proceeding at less than the speed limit on the outside lane of my local motorway. Despite my flashing my lights, peeping my horn and indicating right, for 8 miles he failed to return to the left after overtaking. Unfortunately, due to the busy nature of the road, I was unable to pass him on the left hand side so had to sit behind him wasting time and money for the entire journey along the motorway.

Overtook me on a corner in a 40 mph speed limit (on B2233 Nyton Road, Norton, Chichester) and forced me to brake hard to let him in as there was a queue of traffic. Then had the audacity to make a rude hand gesture. Then pulled onto the main A27 east of Chichester and made erratic lane changes forcing others to brake to let him in and then gesticulating to them, as well, when they hooted or protested. One car in particular a grey Vauxhall Vectra registration MK04 RMZ was another casualty of this exceedingly rude (older driver). This man was in his 50's and should know better! I had my 5 year old daughter in the car on the way to school. PLEASE REPORT THIS DRIVER TO THE POLICE OR HIS INSURANCE COMPANY!

I was I the outside lane acheieving the speed limit, when this vehicle decided to drive extremely close even thought there was another vehicle in the inside lane. Before I had the opportunity to pull over he undertook and cut me up with inches to spare between the cars. The proceeed to use an offensive hand gesture. Where did it get this male 50+ driver - absolutely no where. Its appalling that young drivers get the bad press when this idiot should have his licence revoked - so angry!!

In very dense traffic driver of Renault Clio drove up so close behind me I couldn't even see his lights. He continued to do this for a few minutes, although there was no where for him or me to go. Following this I flashed my rear fog light to try to get him to back off but he responded by driving for the next 5 minutes with his main beam lights on trying to dazzle me, as he was so close his lights were blocked by the rear of my car so he only dazzled the northbound traffic.
After this there was then an opportunity for me to move over so he could pass me, in doing so he pulled alongside, turned on his interior lights and gesticulated before driving on to repeat the same to the driver in front he continued to do this until the traffic cleared nearing Winchester.

I was driving along the A66 East in the outside lane at 50mph from Teesside Park when a black Clio Reg NY53 KXV approached from the Newport slip Rd SPEEDING at appromimatly 80mph. He pulled out across the first lane between 2 cars directly in front of me in the outside lane. Causing me to brake harshly. If i had not anticipated his manouvre it would certainly have written both cars off. He then continued to speed at approx. 80mph in the direction of the A1085 Trunk Rd at Wilton ICI. Luckily i had earlier dropped off my pensioner mum as braking so harshly would surely have caused her whiplash.

Coming up to the speed camera on the A43 which is a Dual carriageway, this guy speeds past me, pulls in in front of me and BREAKS down to about 50mph. This causes me to break suddenly. The last time I looked at the highway code the Speed limits unless otherwise stated,
Speed limit on Motorway and Dual carriageways 70mph and Speed limit on Major roads 60mph
After the camera I signal and overtake. Then for the WHOLE of the rest of my journey from there to J21 of the M1 he hop-scotches around me. I maintain a constant speed the whole time and it was as if every time I went past him he had to speed up, over take, pull in and slow down, and it wasnt a gradual slowing down, He REALLY slammed the anchors on a couple of times.
Now regardless of how fast I may have been travelling it is completely unsafe to drive like he did and was completely intimidating. AS far as I am concerned your actions on the roads should not cause other drivers to change speed or direction. It is not his responsibility to slow me, and he was speeding to get past me.

This person is already to appear in court for a drink driving offence but he is continuing to drink-drive, take drugs and drive and drive erratically all the time - speeding and sometimes losing control of his car. He has a young daughter who is not in a proper car seat for her age and he constantly drives at speed with her in. I am scared for the childs safety.
