I had a driver in a Mazda 626 this morning doing exactly that. I was on a mini roundabout turning right and he came speeding down the road at 45+ Miles an hour (to my left). He was travelling so fast he failed to read the road ahead of him and failed to notice that there was a mini roundabout dead ahead with a big grey Seat Leon on it making an obvious right hand turn. He thought this was a normal road junction because he had his head stuck so far up his own arse and failed to notice every mini roundabout approach sign going and almost went straight into the side of my car at speed. He then blamed it all on me like it was all my fault, flashing the headlamps, raising the fists, shaking the head the lot. It was comedy, worryingly he was in his 60's so he should have known better. I'm actually hoping he is going to go into a Police station in the next few days and make a formal complaint about my driving because I am going to laugh my head off watching him waste their time. Especially as he was on his own, no one else was around and I had my mother sat in the passenger seat. My mother doesn't even drive and even she knows that he was in the wrong and even she called him a p*ick too. Laugh
