Ford Galaxy Ghia, Black driven by Male

I was crossing a side road (in full view) and the car drove past road then stopped and proceeded to reverse into me missing me by a fraction as I jumped out of the way! He had blacked out windows and I then knocked on back window - he was oblivious! I wished I'd pursued the driver as he drove to other side of road and pulled over to let out his wife and kids! Disgraceful behaviour!
