Seen at 07:45 am on 08-Feb-select on Blackpool Road Preston Lancashire

This numpty driving a wagon with CA Rubbish Recycling plastered all over it was overtaking me on Blackpool Road towards Tulketh, but failed to ensure they were past me before moving back into my lane, missing me by inches.
