White Van Man Astramax, White driven by Male

Seen at 07:45am on 18-Sep-2007 on A419 Birdlip Gloucestershire

Van driver hogging outside lane on dual carriageway after overtaking slow moving vehicle, as I approached he slowed down then rammed his brakes on hard very nearly causing a serious accident as I was being tailgated at the time by a Mercedes. This is all too typical of the behaviour of other road users one has to put up with when you drive a BMW.

    Simon H, you are a complete knob for your comments about Merc drivers! You are up your own arse arent you love! If you have a car for the reason of it commanding respect, I take it you dont get much in your daily life then?? Cars are a tool to get from A to B, thats it!!

    Furat, If the bmw was the ultimate driving machine and owning one was out of reach then possibly I could understand your playground logic, but as bmws are not the ultimate driving machine and not out of reach. My view is that the bmw is an ugly overweight, overrated and under performing vehicle, I would not want to own one, that is my choice and personal view, I do understand other people do have a different view, a question I placed here on the 19/07/07 has still remains unanswered… I hope this helps your bewilderment on the subject

    Do you know, after reading some of the comments on here about certain cars, like Merc and BMW’s, what a sad nation we are! It is not the cars at fault, but the people who get behind the wheel of them!

    I drive a Mercedes and I always let BMW drivers out as I feel sorry for them.
