Just turned left into Princes Road, noticed a large black car aggressively tailgating me, flashing lights and weaving from side to side. Decided to move over and get out of his way. As he passed, I sounded car horn to alert him to what he was doing. He then suddenly braked violently in front of me, trying to force a collision, which was avoided. Driver then remained stationary, blocking the whole road for about 30 seconds before racing off at high speed. How on earth someone like this is licensed to drive is beyond my understanding-an absolute menace!
