One of 2 drivers i feel i should report. I was driving down the said street when a bus pull out of Giblands estate and this car follows it out. Its literally right behind the bus and it moves to overtake right were a pedestrian refuge is. He has to swerve back behind the bus to avoid crashing into the refuge. He then slams on his brakes to a near standstill for a GATSO. He then floors it past the bus and proceeds to tailgate a silver Zafira into Okehampton where i lose sight of him. I was about 50ish metres behind all this and managed to get the letters of.his numberplate (i would have reported this to the police had i got the numbers as well). Coincidentally the police station is at the bottom of the hill where all this took place. The second encounter happened today where i was at the 30 limit when i see him come racing up behind me (i'd say he was doing 50 at a rough guess) until he was right up my tail. It was the same car because i managed to make out the BTT part of his numberplate and it turned onto the Giblands estate (the same place it came out of yesterday). If i get his full numberplate then i probably will report him because he will injure or kill someone if he carries on like this.
