I was driving in the right hand lane on duel carrage way in Chatham. The lane merged into 1 I signeled and the driver would not let me in. I got next to him and asked why he would not let me in and he said "F*** off you slag!" I was outraged. He drove off fast too. Breaking the speed limit possibly.
I reported it to local police who told me I was in the wrong apparently I was driving too slow and in the wrong lane but that does not excuse the language I recieved.

Let me use my tardis and tell you what I think happens.
You scream past the traffic already in the left hand lane, at warp 6, looking to barge your way into the queue at the last possible second and because you have an MPV that fits into any size gap you can easily get away with this while calling the other drivers all things under the sun for sitting patiently.
Over the next few months I suggest looking past the bonnet of your car to help you anticipate what’s coming up ahead. That way when the 26 Sep comes around you will be sitting happily in the left hand lane and this fortune telling won’t come true

Really dont like my car reg being up on here when i done nothing wrong. I am pleased most on here see that she is in the wrong and Debbie why not give us you’re registration so you can be ridiculed a bit

As far as I remember of this incident, someone was pissing about in the right hand lane, then suddenly decided that she wanted to turn left and nearly went in the side of me, she swerved back into the right lane and I drove on. It wasnt much of an incident, just bad driving on her behalf. Thats why im a bit upset with my reg being on here but hey, the incident helped me discover this gem of a site lol

Debbie, I am not going to take the mickey or act childish here this is on a serious note. Please try to understand the rules of the highway code. You were sat in lane 2 not overtaking anything which is an offence of driving without due care and attention. Then when you applied your left signal he didn’t actually have to let you in. Occupying a dead-end merging lane with 2 or more arrows pointing left is your responsibility to find a gap to move in. He has priority at this point and you don’t. Letting you in is down to driver discretion you don’t have a right to move in and run him off the road otherwise we would have driving standards worse then Beirut. Children or no children doesn’t matter. Having minors in the car are not an entitlement to drive as you please. There is no excuse for swearing on his part but you may well have said something to provoke that. You were told by the Police and the Police said the final word “You are at fault” so that closes the case. “He sped off speeding” Debbie acceleration from a car can often be perceived as speedimg when it isn’t.

Lew15 Isn’t there a way a moderator could remove this content? It is clearly a seething rant left by someone who is chucking toys out of her pram because she couldn’t get anywhere. I would be equally as annoyed if someone decided to libel me on a public site. But not to worry cars get sold on to other owners and other people can drive your car too so all this information on this site is pretty inaccurate.
