Vauxhall vectra estate, Blue driven by Male

Seen at 05:30 pm on 30-Jan-select on bilborough road Nottingham Nottinghamshire

driving on a busy road around the Bilborough area of Nottingham when a guy came out of nowhere, full beams on, horn glaring, stuck to my back bumper obviously trying to get past. it was rush hour and eventually the guy overtook me with oncoming traffic and turned at the next left and sped away in a 30m/h area. totally surreal i must say.
