Driving past a feed road onto the A1M (going North) just before the A64/ York junction. The driver of the vehicle was parallel to me and simply steered across the lanes as if to shunt me out of the way. Had I not moved (luckily no other vehicle coming up on my right side)he would have hit the side of my car. He had no need to move (the feeder road merged on to an extra lane on the motorway) and should have indicated and waited before pulling across.
