In halwill there are a load of parked cars right before a pedestrian reserve. I'm behind the said car which in turn is behind a silver corsa. When we reach the pedestrian refuge instead of going around it the correct way he stays on the wrong side of the road and floors it past the cirsa. Not dangerous as there was nothing coming the other way but illegal nontheless.
