03/02/2012: Driver accelerating and breaking for no reason in 60mph zone in front of me, he sped off in to the distance then dropped back, he then performed an emergency stop, fortunately I had left a safe distance so was able to stop, but highly dangerous and a deliberate attempt to cause an accident. I went to overtake his now stationary car, he then accelerated away, he then performed another emergency stop. This was repeated 3-4 times before another vehicle caught up behind us, at that point he calmed down slightly.
