Land Rover Discovery, Blue driven by Male

Seen at 08:45 am on 07-Feb-select on Bellshill Expressway East Kilbride Lanarkshire

Driving in the outside lane of the Bellshill bypass at 8:45 this morning. Spped, on the limit. The guy behind was tailgating from the start of the expressway. I flashed my hazard lights to let him know. He flashed his headlights back and came closer, then stayed there. Over the next few miles he changed to an inside lane twice and then cut out behind me, too close, as soon as another car appeared in that lane.
