I am a new driver dealing with Motorways for the first time since passing in January. Limit was 50mph all lanes of M42 Southbound (heading for Shirley): Truck getting closer and closer which I could see in my rear view mirror. I thought, "I'm doing the limit, who do you think you are?" After what seemed like longer than it was, he got into the middle lane, and whilst passing began blarring on the horn and flashing lights at me, then moved in front. Mindless... What a prick!!

I pulled up and told the Policemen I was very concerned about his dangerous driving as I had kids in the car and they said they have a zero tolerance of undertaking and speeding. This happened a few weeks back and I'm happy to report that I have received a letter from the Police stating they have taken appropriate action against this driver.

Yesterday morning and this morning driving down the A444 duel carrageway toward Nuneaton. Cars infront of me in lane 2 as we overtake a lorry. Late 40's penis storms up in his saab and dives into lane 1. I keep pace with the car infront as I'm around 2 car lengths from the rear of the lorry. Penis dives in forcing me into the central reservation. He continues to weave in and out, speeding and this morning he repeated the same thing, obstacle this time was a bus. I didn't give way or move and by doing this, he threw his car toward mine. He refused to slow or aknowledge me and kept going. He then approched an island on lane 3, cut up traffic on lanes 1 and 2 and turned off on first exit. This caused all traffic to slam on brakes. Man is in desperate need of being slapped about.

I was cycling down a fairly busy road en route to work when a VW Golf reversed off a drive right in front of me, causing me to swerve in order to avoid him, barely missing him. As I rode past I simply shook my head. I then heard him rev his engine and come chasing after me. He proceeded to drive alongside me, trying to ram me off the road into parked cars while his mate shouted abuse at me out of the window. I put my brakes on to keep my distance, then caught up to take his registration number. As we both approached the junction at the end of the road there was another car in front of him turning right. I was planning to pull up beside him and ask him why he felt the need to be so aggressive when all I did was shake my head due to his bad driving, but he blocked off the end of the road so I could not get past, then he sped off. Unfortunately for him, I know where he lives.

Dear Sir/Madam, On the morning of 11th August at about 9:30, a Highways Maintenance van – registration plate: YGIP E0P – undertook my car whilst speeding going Southbound on the M42. He then drove across 3 lanes of traffic to squeeze in front of my car (in the passing lane). When he drove in front of me, I was just about to overtake another car, so there was very little room between us and if I hadn’t braked, he would certainly have hit me. He then sped off and must have hit speeds of 85 or 90 miles per hour, whilst weaving and intimidating other drivers.

12th May 2012 - We were approaching Five Ways roundabout from the Hagley road, in the middle lane, turning right to go toward Sparkhill, some nutter in a black Vauxhall Vectra, aged late twenties, with bulging, almost drug fuelled eyes, and curly, rodent like brownish blondish hair, undertakes me at break-neck speed on the island in the outside lane, and swerves in front of me, inserting himself into a space barely big enough behind the car in front of me. I braked suddenly (scaring the crap out of my wife and two young daughters), and sounded my horn as we began peeling off left, which incensed the nutter enough to start mouthing off at me (intelligent thing to do, considering his windows were shut) and gesturing rudely. He then began driving very aggressively toward me, swerving back in front, braking suddenly, and holding position next to me to swear and gesture some more. Then as we proceeded down the hill toward the Bristol road, he pulled in front of me and drove slowly to hold me up, so I took the opportunity to ask my wife to take the picture of him. He continued the aggressive gesticulatory go slow protest, and I began to fear for our personal safety at the approaching traffic lights, so I manoeuvred my car to make it look like I was going under the underpass, and when he'd passed the point of no return I sucker punched him by turning off sharply left as I waved the knobber goodbye with less than the polite number of fingers. The girls were very upset by this, and I hope this little arrogant twat gets his comeuppance by performing this same trick on someone with a worse temper and more violent disposition than himself, or by simply wrapping himself painfully around a nearby lamppost or convenient psychotic killer tree.

On a side road(by a school!) he overtook me and blocked the road he told me to get out of my vehicle and sort it out. I didn't but I did hide my belongings from view as he charged towards me. He leaned inside my van and took the keys from the ignition. After much shouting he then threw my keys and got back in his van.

This was during school pick up time and at the Bartley green round about there was a lot of traffic time 3:23pm. This lady first gave me way to take the first exit than when I took a left she decides to cut me off. I drove on and she followed me. When I indicated right to enter my child's school she followed me into the school. I thought she was also a parent so parked on the left. She parked on the right of my car and when my daughter tried to come towards my car she intentionally tried to run her over to scare her off in a way to get back at me. She than got out of the car and started shouting at me saying that was a lesson to me by scaring my child. OMG! the worst thing is she was in a nurse uniform. Have reported to police.

Just nipped out to the local shop after a long day at work. Pulled onto the small car park behind two cars, chatting away to my partner. subconsciously saw the people returning to the car on my right (and a car had now pulled up behind so I had nowhere to go). As the car pulled off the car on the left reversed into me with his hand on the horn. It was late and dark, and I wasnt sure what was happening (this all happened in seconds really). I wasnt sure if it was the car behind or in front, but pulled into the free space. So came along side the car in front on the left, to be greeted with a black male who was clearly very aggressive. The doors were shut so not sure what he was saying really. Something about a sign in front of him, I presume he was furious that he had to wait 3 seconds for me to pull into the space! My partner opened the door, but this guy just sat there. I told him to shut and lock the door until he drove off. We sat there for a minute or two, and realised that this aggressive guy was waiting for my partner to get out of the car. So...we drove off! As soon as I moved, this guy started to chase us, flashing his lights and sounding his horn continuously!! I realised at this point that this guy was looking for a fight. we discussed where the nearest police station was and headed towards that. this guy got more aggressive, and pulled along side us. At this point I started to panic! I imagined he had a gun or something and so managed to swerve my car to do a sharp left. The guy swung around and chased us. I was so scared at this point that I was driving very fast to get away from him. I got a bit lost and was trying to work out how to get back to the nearest police station. However, myself and my partner realised that this was a small local station, and did not think there would be anyone there! I came out onto a main road, and was stuck behing another driver (who probably wondered why I was driving so aggressively behind them!!) so this mad guy caught up and pulled along side us again pushing me towards the curb! he chased us along the road, and possibly realised we were not far away from the police station, so EVENTUALLY gave up!! I am totally, and utterly stunned! We have called the police and returned to the shop, who have him and his car on CCTV. However, you cannot see his number plate, and so the police said there is nothing they can do! Please, watch out for a black male, aged around 20-30, wearing a cap and black coat, driving an older (maybe 1997 ish?) bright purple VW Golf around the Yardley Wood Road area of Birmingham! keep well away from him. I dread to think what may have happened to my partner, who was going to get out of the car!

Never the less, it was a dirty black van with tarnished paint and the first time i saw it was about 2 seconds before i went into the back of it at 32MPH!!! Driver refused to give me his insurance details as he was adamant it was the driver that hit him that was at fault as he was parked. I told him that he was at fault due to stopping in a unsuitable location with no lights on. He wouldn't accept this so police were called and they checked the traffic camera footage. I was in the right and he still stands by his words so now ive gotta go to court and i still don't have a car! Waiting for 2nd hearing!

The polo driver remained calm and I think he was calling the Police. The Rover driver mean while started brandishing a knife and stood there. The Polo got away. The Rover gave up and went down Stoney Stanton Road.

Following a JAG doing 20-25 in a 60 caused 8 cars to overtake. He then swore at them all. After a long time came to a round about with 2 lanes going straight on he took the middle, I took inside, island clear so i went straight on to island when he stopped for no reason. I saw an ambulance heading on to island on next entrance, I stopped for a good 10 seconds. He then nearly hit ambulance which had to slam on breaks. After all this he did 26 in a 40 all over road and hit curb. Pulled up at lights and he had nerve to have ago at me for dangerous driving. I put it to people on here, how many of there incidents were actually there fault for bein 2 cautious. some are outrageous but some could be their fault.

i was driving down a46 in coventry at 70mph in the right hand lane, which is the speed limit. i was overtaking a car and approaching a roundabout, where i needed to go right so had to be in the right hand lane. When a motorbike sped behind me, there was no way i could move over safely to let him pass, and in order for him to pass me he would have to break the speed limit. Near the roundabout the two lanes become three lanes and he undertook me. slammed his breaks on, which caused me to break harshly to avoid hitting him. He sat at the lights in front of me being really aggressive and intimidating. Turned round staring at ne a gesturing abusively. I dont feel i diserved this as i cant see i did anything wrong. He then sped of up the road speeding and riding aggressivly to other drivers.

How pathetic I tried to use my windscreen wipers to get him away from the car, I was absolutely apalled and disgusted! I don't think if my husband had been in the car he would have been so quick to approach the car, as he was very short, chubby, bald shaved head, dark eyes, goatee beard, looked eastern european or possibly asian. He drove what I think was a 5 series BMW but it was a mid-late ninties model, watch out for this maniac

THEN at HIGH SPEED tried taking photo's of me with his phone!

Around 7am this morning coming off Jnc 5 M42 this silver estate undertook me and cut in front. Had to slam breaks on which caused 2 HGVs behind to swerve, he might have actually hit the car in front as it pulled over into the refuge bay. Not sure if this is something that should be reported, or how to actually report it!? Was -8, icy, very foggy, traffic was heavy.
