Van driver hogging outside lane on dual carriageway after overtaking slow moving vehicle, as I approached he slowed down then rammed his brakes on hard very nearly causing a serious accident as I was being tailgated at the time by a Mercedes. This is all too typical of the behaviour of other road users one has to put up with when you drive a BMW.

Extremely aggressive dangerous driving and unprovoked road rage. I was riding my tiny 15mph electric scooter one day when this person came up out of nowhere behind me on St James Barton Roundabout. He had plenty of room to overtake but instead came right up behind me honking horn, swearing and screaming abuse. As he passed me with inches to spare he yelled about how "it was a motorbike not a bicycle" and how I should have a helmet. This misunderstanding often happens on my 15mph micro-electric bicycle/moped but it has never caused anyone to try to murder me until now. When I inevitably caught up with him at the next set of traffic lights (on the Haymarket) I remonstrated with him then got in front of him and took his numberplate. He then started moving his van towards me threataning to run me down. I shouted at him some more but realised he really would run me over if I didn't get out of the way so I did, got off the road and he pulled up to get out and give me a kicking, so I rode off. He started to chase me then thought better of it as we were passing a police station so he drove of up Bridewell Street at high speed. This man is a dangerous psychopath. He is an overweight white male aged roughly 30-45, was wearing a red top. Stereotypical "white van man". Bristol accent, possibility of extreme violence if you cross him. Don't be like me and lose your rag, get video evidence and numberplate and go to the cops, don't get angry like I did as they could probably claim I brought it on myself although the initial attack was totally unprovoked.

My husband was on his motorbike in the right-hand lane, he was hit so hard his left glove was damaged beyond further use and he was knocked off his bike. Driver cut in between myself and car in front, almost swerved in, i flashed my head lights and he braked extremely hard with the intention of inciting and accident and endangering the road, i just managed to brake in time without skidding. I followed the driver along for a while until he stopped and pointed out i have children in the car, his language was totally offensive and his manner aggressive apparently believing he had done nothing wrong and blamed me for flashing him, i finished the conversation by asking him to please drive carefully next time - fortunately for him i was off duty at the time!

This car sat on my back bumper through Melton Constable (30mph)then shot passed very fast when I was travelling at 60mph when on open road, but got stuck behind another car through wooded area, then over took this car on the junction of the B1110 at about 80mph this is a very bad crossroads for accidents! Not sure if Ford make is correct?

My second bad driver of the day. I've encountered him several times on this road and everytime i see him he is going way too fast. In the past i have seen him overtake a line of about 4 cars (all doing more or less the 60 limit) only just making it before a blind bend. On another occasion he came racing up behind me and overtook me doing at least 90-100 (it was pretty fast because he was out of sight in a matter of seconds). Today i saw him over take a yellow VW Polo (reg HD05 MKE) right before a blind bend (he was very lucky there wasn't anything coming the other way because at the speeds he was doing someone would have been killed). I then catch up to him just past thorndon cross and he is right on the tail of a 58 plate for focus. This time he at least has the decency to wait for a straight bit of road before he goes past. However, once past the Focus he races off into the distance at high speed. If you're on this road watch out for this guy because he drives like a total lunatic.

Was driving along the M60 from the Trafford Centre towards Bolton, when I pass the M62/M60 junction a Mini Cooper is in the middle lane with no traffic around. Look in my mirror, see a car about 300 metres away so start to overtake. Before I know it, a Subaru Impreza is up my arse and flashing, the car must have been doing in excess of 120 miles per hour in order to behind me that quick (I'll admit I was probably doing 80mph). I decide that since the car is really excessively speeding and is flashing at me angrily, I tap my brakes. Then to my horror, blue lights start flashing. It's a cop car!!! I pull over and get in the back of the car where the copper starts hurling abuse at me, asking me why I put my brakes on, I told him why (excess speed, up my arse, flashing). He then continue getting an ear bashing till I ask him "If you were going so fast, why didn't you have your blue lights on!!!" I get no response and he proceeds to tell me he's letting me off. I wonder why? Is it because I'd contest the charge and get him in the shit, then it'd be no more playing Fast and Furious on the M60 for him. I respect the police, but as with everything in life, there's always those few that tarnish the rest. Since I was so wound up, I never got his badge number and I sooooo wish I had.

I was driving along the M5 southbound. I'm not sure if it was junction 24 or 25. I had plucked in to the middle lane to allow for cars coming off the slip road. A filthy dirty van (not sure if white or silver) came off of the slip road. Then without looking pulled in front of me only leaving about a 6 ft gap. I flashed him (who wouldn't). He then stuck his arm out the window giving me the finger. Next he moved into the slow lane, pulled alongside me, was screaming, swearing and swerving into me. All of this while my 8 year old son was next to me in the front seat. It was truly terrifying. He then over took me and proceeded to tailgate all the way up the motorway.

He also had to brake sharply just before a GATSO, which looked like a manoeuver he'd had to carry out several times before. He sped off before I got the make and model of the car... But I will resist the temptation to add anything racist...

I was driving my usual daily route to my office in Altrincham via the A556. Around 8.35 this morning. Ahead of me in the inside lane was a Globe Services van registration number BD59 HFT. The vehicle travelling at an abnormally slow speed (around 30mph) for its positioning on the road and lack of traffic ahead, the speed limit here is 50mph. My assumption was that the vehicle was intending to make a right turn at some stage. I quite safely changed lane and undertook the vehicle, which I reiterate was driving slowly and out of sync with the speed of surrounding traffic flow. As I drove past I even noted the driver was drinking from a bottle and seemed unaware that I had performed the maneuver, almost oblivious. Although the passenger was staring at me menacingly. I then proceeded with my journey as usual and without any traffic in the lane ahead. What took place next was of great concern to me. Firstly the driver of the vehicle sped up.. to normal road speed which at that place on the road was 50mph, flashing his lights repeatedly behind me. I found this odd as he had previously been oblivious and driving considerably slower. It also took him some time to catch up to me as he was driving at well below the speed of the flow of traffic. As I then approached a set of traffic lights, around a mile further down the road, the driver literally pulled his moving vehicle level with mine and starting shouting at me out of the window.. his entire head and upper body were out of the window at this stage in moving traffic at a junction with a green traffic light. As we progressed through the green light, He initially tried to ram my car sideways off the road my making aggressive turns into my lane while level with me.. while doing this he was yelling at me with some of the foulest language I have ever heard.. initially demanding that I put down my window, which I did, then demanding to know why I undertook his vehicle, referring to me as a C*NT, PRI*K, D*CK, T*SSER. W*NKER.. all this while hanging out of a moving vehicle down a fast moving duel carriageway. I apologised to him numerous times just to end the situation but he continued to drive dangerously close to my vehicle shouting obscenities and trying to swerve into me to take me off the road and into the central reservation. I advised him that I was travelling to work and did not want any trouble. He and the passenger became enraged. He then, while verbally abusing me demanded that I pull over so that he and his friend could “F*CK ME UP”.. he was insistent that I pull over so that he could smash my face in. I was unable to accelerate away as he would swerve his vehicle towards mine. I was unable to brake or stop my vehicle as he was insistent that he would “break my f**king legs” as he put it, around 8 threats of violence were made and a continuous barrage of abuse. I eventually put my window up after the onslaught of vulgarity and he then pulled his vehicle in front of mine and after braking hard in front of me several times continued to drive at 30mph down the 50mph dual carriageway. If I tried to change lane away from him he would swerve in front of me. As a result there was a fair traffic jam forming behind. The driver and passenger then continued to drive like this for at least another mile (seemingly laughing) until we approached a roundabout where I was able to continue my journey to work and he turned right onto the M56. Anyway, I thought it serious enough for the police and have reported him.

7th March 2012. Parked my X Type Jaguar away from other cars on the car park, and quite a way from the entrance, at the Poundstretcher store on Tyldesley Road, Atherton M46 9AT. When we came out of the store a white van had parked up alongside about 8 to 12 inches away. There were at least a dozen other bays available. My partner could not get into the car until I had moved it forward. I waited a while before leaving but the feckless, cowardly, driver didn't appear. I have some people from Little Hulton looking out for the van and if they see it they will have a word in the driver's ear.

Dear Sir/Madam, On the morning of 11th August at about 9:30, a Highways Maintenance van – registration plate: YGIP E0P – undertook my car whilst speeding going Southbound on the M42. He then drove across 3 lanes of traffic to squeeze in front of my car (in the passing lane). When he drove in front of me, I was just about to overtake another car, so there was very little room between us and if I hadn’t braked, he would certainly have hit me. He then sped off and must have hit speeds of 85 or 90 miles per hour, whilst weaving and intimidating other drivers.

I'm driving along a street in doncaster (i don't know any street names as i'm new to the area) with parked cars on either side with the occasional passing point. As i round a corner this white boy racer golf with numerous damage and bodged repairs the front comes flying round the corner and stops just short of hitting me. I gesture to him to back up as theres a passing point right behind him. There is one behind me but its at least 70ish metres behind me. But instead of backing up he gets out of his chavmobile and approaches the front of my car making threats and calling me all kinds of profanities. After i hold my ground he marches back to his car and drives at mine. He actully touches the front bumper of my car and begins to try and push me back. I cave and begin to reverse, all the time this golf is on my front bumper revving his engine and driving as close as he can to the front of my car. As we reach the passing point i pull in and notice he's winding his window down. So i wind mine down to see what his problem is and as i open my mouth to speak he spits in my face, calls me a c**t and races off at a ridiculous speed down the street. The car is a white golf reg M627 MKK with a big exhaust and numerous bits of damage to the front and with several bodged repairs. The occupant was a lone male about 18-19 years of age, about 6ft tall, athletic build. I've had a look for the said golf on the dvla and a cannot find anything to connect the numberplate to the car. I have reported him to the police for assault and i'm saying to all of you that if you see this scumbag then avoid him like the plague.

As soon as the lights change to green the Karo sreeches off up the road that takes traffic out of Okehampton. As he was first at the lights the car does at least 40 in the 30 zone. He then guns it past a long line of parked cars forcing oncoming traffic to swerve out of his way. Once past the parked cars he proceeds to drive like Colin Mcrae along the twisty road leading out of Okehampton. To add to the danger the road has solid double white lines down the middle, just goes before i lose sight of the car i see him get both of his right wheels go over this line. He was travelling along the road way too fast and he must have been pushing the car to its limits for no apparent reason as he dissapeared out of sight very quickly. Maybe he saw my Zetec S and wanted to prove something? S100EAT what do you think he was up to?

Driving to the speed limit, when this wally in a transit with company name INVIRON actually overtook me in a 30mph zone on a narrow road full of driveways and side roads. Alright, it was early with little traffic around but why don't more drivers realise that speed limits in built up areas are to keep noise levels down for the residents as well as maintain safety.

The driver cut up several people and was using phone. When I blew my horn he burst into a rage and chased me. On a side road(by a school!) he overtook me and blocked the road he told me to get out of my vehicle and sort it out. I didn't but I did hide my belongings from view as he charged towards me. He leaned inside my van and took the keys from the ignition. After much shouting he then threw my keys and got back in his van.

Must have been doing at least 100mph early morning darkness and raining. Lorry pulled out in front and this driver had to brake hard, he then flashed his lights at the lorry driver who probably did not realise the speed this driver was travelling at. Once the BMW had overtaken the lorry he cut across the front and applied his brakes very harshly. The lorry driver had to do the same and how he did not hit the BMW I shall never know. The truck snaked and could have gone out of control. then the BMW driver slowed on the hard should (I guess waiting for the lorry driver to do the same) then sped off into the distance.

I slowed down from 30mph to about 15mph to negotiate a series of bad pot holes in the road. The driver of FE55UKN accelerated in a very aggressive manner and overtook me into the path of oncoming vehicles. I discovered a few minutes later that the driver was selling food on business premises in the Ullswater Estate in Coulsdon, Surrey.

This is a white FEDEX Van The vehicle passes through Edney's Hill every weekday between 7 and 8am, going from Barkham road to finchamstead road. The road is very narrow, there is a nursery and a school along the way too. The driver of this vehicle does not slow down, drives quite aggressively without any considerations to any other road users. Always seems to be in a lot of hurry. The vehicles drives past so fast, to date I have not been able to have a good look at the driver!

Stretford - Park road and Derbyshire ln junction. Driver was driving his Virgin Media Van, when he passed traffic lights , he suddnely changed direction accross four lanes and he stopped his car in opposite direction, half of the car on the sidewalk and half on the road. Then he jumped out and he went to buy newspaper or whatever he wanted. Meantime i was driving in budy rush hrs early morning behind the truck and as i couldnt see anything, when the truck driver changed the lane i saw just in a front of me the Virgin Media Van blocking the lane just 25 metres before the junction, busy traffic on my right lane so i couldnt just simply overtake him.
