Came up behind this thing on the way home from work. It was doing 50 in a 60 zone and there was a black audi between me and this. As we were on a straight i changed down and got past the audi but as soon as i started passing this he accelerated and prevented me from overtaking forcing me to pull back. After we got through a complex of corners and crests and onto another straight (approx 1 mile long) i went to overtake again and once again he accelerated to try and prevent me. This time i persisted but he was determined that i was going to stay behind him. This time he accerated up to 80 in an effort to prevent me overtaking. Even with my new zetec s i wasn't prepared to risk my life in order to prove a point. So i backed off and he slowed down to 50 again. At this point the audi driver accelerated past me and the Mercedes once again accelerated when he got alongside him. However the audi (being more powerful than my fiesta eventually succeeded but he had accelerate to 90 (i stayed behind them and matched the mercedes speed) in order to get past him. Once he was past him the Mercedes blared his horn and flashd his lights at the audi and then slowed to 50 again but at this point i'd had enough of his games so turned off and took the back roads home. If you see this car steer well clear of it because the driver clearly has some issues if they cant stand being overtaken.

This morning I pulled onto the A130 and carefully pulled into the fast lane infront of a silver, high top van at 70mph giving myself more than a 2 cars length of space behind me and 1 car length infront of me. The silver van then proceeded to speed up, undertake me and try to side swipe me into the central reservation. This absolute moron is the reason why there are so many accidents on the road, I managed to overtake him at a later time, after following him for quite some distance to see if I could have a word with him, I caught a glipse of him whilst I was overtaking, he was male, in mid-late thirties, and had a company shirt on that I couldn't read.

So i'm driving to work and i'm approaching a spot where there is a bend and the road narrows slightly doing the 60 limit. As i reach the bend this thing comes around the corner in the middle of the road causing me to swerve to avoid him. I catch a glimpse of the driver and i notice that he's yacking on his phone. He's lucky i was only in a small fiesta as had i been driving anything larger i would have hit either him or the hedge.

I was in a long line of traffic going at 20mph due to the dangerous ice and snow on this road. This 'man' approached a lot faster and was tailgating me for some time whilst I had my 3 children (including my newborn baby) in the car. I put my hazard lights on to show him that we were going slow because it was hazardous and he just flashed as if to want me to move out of the way. He then eventually overtook me at approx.40mph. Following this, he overtook and then cut up the car in front of me in the middle of an S-Bend and then overtook a large tanker in an extremely dangerous place. This arsehole should not have a driving licence, if he wants to wreck his own life then so be it, but he will not involve myself and my children in this.

This is a road rage case, a rainy night in Storrington, I was pulling away from a roundabout at the speed limit, and this car was very close to the back of my car, so close in fact that my passenger could see his face clearly. It was very hard to concentrate as his lights were very bright and filling all my mirrors. I did the 'rest your foot on the brake' trick to get them to back off, he didn't so I began to slow down with my brakes, he only got closer, so I stopped, and then pulled away again hoping he'd got the message, no, he was even closer now, so I stopped again this time to let him pass, he was so close I thought he'd hit me, so when he tore past I tooted him, perhaps unnecessarily , and he slammed to a stop in front of me, then he got out to hurl abuse, 'what’s your f###ing problem', I had hit the instant lock button, so calmly said through the window not to drive so close, he then got in his car and sped off dangerously and cut up a car on the next roundabout.

I politely pointed that he should be in the middle lane as he is not driving a HGV and we are miles away from the next junction. He gave me a hand gesture and sped off at 70mph, HOW RUDE. He continued up the M3 repeating this process of indicating and changing lanes every so often.

Speeding through village of Barham Kent, Passed a primary school, it is a regular occurrance for drivers to speed through here so I pulled out in front of him (would have been a safe distance if he wasn't doing at least 45) with the intent of slowing him down. I was doing 30 and he pulled right up to the back of the car so close that the wife turned round in her seat and told him several times to back off, he did not back off and stayed there until I pulled off the road. While he was driving so close I could see in the rear view mirror the blue strobe lights in the grill and the lapels on his shirt. Now why do the police think this is OK? no siren no blue lights flashing!!! Now if this was the other way round he would have pulled me over and would have probably given me a ticket for speeding in a school zone and dangerous driving and gone over the car trying to find a fault. I was thinking of stopping him but wouldn't this just cause him to try and and do me for something! like road rage as I would have stopped in front of him and aproached his car (which is an agressive action), so I then thought about reporting him but then that would possibly cause other issues like PAYBACK at a later date. This rearly makes me angry as they should be setting the example not just doing it because they can. Arn't the POLICE surposed to enforce and abide by the law unless in an emergemcy situation and then have at least there lights flashing (not just to get back for shift change which I have seen before on the M20) I think that me ranted out now, thanks for reading my rant if you got this far through it, but as you can see this REARLY P**ses me off

The offending car pulled out at the same time as us in the right hand lane which is turn right only (towards the station & airport). Still exactly alongside us she proceeded to cut right across the front of us without any indication, forcing my wife to brake sharply. If we had carried on we would have either been hit by her or driven off the road. She gave no apology or acknowledgement of her awful driving

When changing lanes this male driver (black hair, late 20's early 30's) used excessive speed to try and cut me out and prevent me changing lanes even though I had signaled well in advance. He then proceeded to drive ca. two foot from my bumper showing wank hand gestures, until me stopped at a redlight. At this point he opened his window and insulted us with the most vulgar rude obsentities you will ever hear. I was driving a minivan used for special needs children! What sort of scum do we have on our streets? scum that keep fighting dogs, scum who will urinate on the street sat night at 11pm, scum who hate blacks, foreigners, etc.... Put him down along with his pittbull thats the only treatment for this Belfast scum! PS. I tried reporting this to the PSNI who 3 times transferred me to C district, at which point I repeatedly cut off??? They are another joke! Whats going on with our society???

I was cycling down a fairly busy road en route to work when a VW Golf reversed off a drive right in front of me, causing me to swerve in order to avoid him, barely missing him. As I rode past I simply shook my head. I then heard him rev his engine and come chasing after me. He proceeded to drive alongside me, trying to ram me off the road into parked cars while his mate shouted abuse at me out of the window. I put my brakes on to keep my distance, then caught up to take his registration number. As we both approached the junction at the end of the road there was another car in front of him turning right. I was planning to pull up beside him and ask him why he felt the need to be so aggressive when all I did was shake my head due to his bad driving, but he blocked off the end of the road so I could not get past, then he sped off. Unfortunately for him, I know where he lives.

I was in middle lane of roundabout which takes me into the righthand lane when joining the A130, cars to my left on roundabout go into lefthand lane. Mercedes on my right trys cutting into my lane i have no where to go so cant let him in even if i wanted to. He then cuts in behind me and undertakes me and car in front of me, the car in front wont let him in so he pushes me over onto the central reservation not caring if he hits me then gives me some hand signals and proceeds to push everyone else out the way. My heart rate is slowly going down again after a short trip to the supermarket down the road. Here is what happened: Cycling down the road, road from the left coming up, I started slowing down because there's a car approaching very fast from the left and it didn't look like the driver saw me. I come to almost a full stop (I had right of way btw), but hey, the car (silver mercedes) stops. I pass and continue cycling, car pulls up next to me, lowers window. "I saw you, you fucker" (and some other remarks/yelling). My initial reply "I just didn't want to get hit, you were driving very fast". More swearing from the car. My reply "you were driving very fast you ass" (OK, maybe not the smartest thing to say). This inspired the driver into a rant which involved a couple of "I'll stab you, you fucker" and a lot more swearing and pulling up very fast and cutting me off. I went cycling on the pavement, figured he wouldn't want to damage his car driving up there. Also thought of 2 scenarios:he hits me with his car (not very smart because I'll sue him and his car gets damaged) or he stops and gets out in which case I'm faster on my bike. This all happened in maybe 50 metres, he then turned right very fast and disappeared into a neighbourhood there. I kept on cycling for a bit, thinking he was going to do something. Heard a car coming up behind me, driving fast,saw it was silver so I went on the pavement again. Not sure if this was the same car. Saw him drive away and made sure he kept on going before I stopped at the supermarket (didn't want to run into him there). Cycled back after shopping and decided to check on the road he went into (sort of cul-de-sac), checking if maybe his car was there and maybe take a picture of his license plate and report him. I think I saw his car, but it was parked in the parking lot of his house and I didn't want to risk getting caught taking a picture and getting mister aggressive upset. Pfffffff. I know calling an aggressive person (which he clearly was based on his initial driving and verbal abuse) an ass isn't smart, but besides that: wtf!? OK, needed to get that of my chest, time for a beer now.

I was on the A607 coming home from work, and there was a truck, two people in cars, myself and this lovely guy doing about 30-40 in an area where the speed limit changes between 30 - 50mph. So this kind fellow decided he wanted to tailgate me for about 9 miles on the A607. He decided to tailgate me so much so that I could not see the light from his headlights. He was constantly intimidating me by moving towards the outside of me (obviously to check if he could overtake, when there wasn't enough space between myself, the person infront of me and the person infront of that). At one point, he was actually driving in the centre of the road (at NIGHT) for about 10-15 seconds! On a roundabout connecting the A607 to Melton Rd and Rearsby Rd, he stayed in the same lane as me, then tried to overtake me as I went into my exit (the same exit as him). Upon the next roundabout, he proceeded to go into the right hand lane and undertook everyone, cutting infront of the lorry at the exit (which we were all in lane for) and sped off in his idiotic fashion. I cannot believe people like this exist.

Erratic lane changing/ignoring traffic signals by a very poor driver of a Mitsubishi silver Colt >> This guy cut me up by swerving from the middle lane into the right lane (no indicators) -of the A1 just near to A406 coming towards London. He then went back into the middle lane and stopped at the next lights. I was in the right lane still, and had now caught up with him. As I drove away towards the next lights, I was now driving at the 40mph limit for the area and so was the guy in the middle lane, we were parallel for about 15-20 secs. Approached next lights and as I was braking the driver just cut into my lane narrowly missing a collision between car in front of him and myself. Lights were now red, I had stopped and the driver did not stop, rather illegally went through the lights. Not sure if this level of driving could possibly come from somebody who's passed a driving test in the UK. I do this journey twice a day as I work in Hemel, 20 miles outside of London. Lately there has been an increase in accidents on the route, and I feel it is due to too many aggressive or negligent drivers. I've seen or heard of three accidents this week alone and it's surely not necessary...

This is 3rd March 2012, not 2011. A14/M11 junction, heading North along A14. Not the easiest junction to describe, but basically a 2 lane sliproad onto a dual-carriageway. The Silver van was tailgating me as we drove along the r/h lane of the sliproad. I was holding a sensible distance behind another car, with plenty of traffic in the l/h lane. In Lane 1 of the dual carriageway was a truck, so I slowed slightly, and in plenty of time, so I could join behind the truck. Just before I joined, the Astra van moved right, onto the hatched area between the sliproad and the dual carriageway, and drew alongside me. This left me no option but to move left, straying a little into the l/h lane of the sliproad, but fortunately into a gap. Our Hero then moved to Lane 2, generously giving me my lane back and allowing me to continue. I have no idea why he chose to do this, because that whole stretch is covered by average speed cameras, so he couldn't make any progress because of the seemingly permanent 67mph queue for the next few miles. you'll notice that this wasn't a dreaded White Van. It was a Silver Van. It was a Silver Van belonging to Briar Security Systems Ltd. You can find them here: http://www.briarsecurity.co.uk . This guy tailgated me leaving the M8 motorway onto the roundabout at Hermiston Gait. When the traffic light switched to yellow, he shot round me and the sped off through the red light. Typical arrogant halfwit in a BMW!!
